SugarCRM application available for iOS

The SugarCRM app is available for iOS and Android devices. With the SugarCRM mobile app, users can access their customer information anytime, anywhere, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities and custom modules. Some of the app’s features include:

  • View detailed account information and update opportunities while obtaining information.
  • Schedule calls, create cases or send quotes directly from the mobile device.
  • See who is calling and prepare with caller ID.
  • Create documents based on log data from the mobile app with Doc Merge.

To download the app, search for “SugarCRM” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The SugarCRM mobile app supports SugarCloud or a local Sugar instance on the mobile device. The mobile app cannot be used on a jailbroken or rooted device. To log in to the app, certain login details, such as username and password, are required. The SugarCRM mobile app is compatible with Sugar Enterprise, Enterprise+, Serve, Sell Advanced or Sell Premier.
